One Bowl: Breakfast

Start with a big bowl of fresh blueberries.
(extra wonderful when just picked off the bush)


Next, add a cup of rolled oats, lots of cinnamon, a few raisins, a large handful of walnuts, and maybe a sprinkling of vanilla sugar.



Moisten with milk or soymilk and voila! A complete meal in one bowl.
